Royalair Breeding Contract :

This dog is sold with Full breeding rights .with the understanding that OFA prelims should be be done before breeding. _AND FINALS REQUIRED BY 3 YEARS OF AGE!

* UNDER NO CONDITION IS SELLER EVER RESONSIBLE FOR ANY FUTURE VET BILL OF ANY DOG PURCHASED AT ROYALAIR

1. Seller guarantees puppy or dog to be healthy at the time of sale to the best of her ability and of breeding quality in her view.

2. Seller guarantees that the puppy or dog has been on a set de worming program and is up to date on the proper and appropriate vaccinations.

3. Seller guarantees the puppy to OFA certify (fair , good or excellent) on prelim status at one year of age. and to OFA certify by three years of age.

4. Seller guarantee's the male puppy to drop both testicles by 6 months of age.

5. Seller guarantee's both ears to stand by one year of age.

6. Seller guarantee's Elbows to OFA certify or receive no more then a grade one.... Grade one is almost always environment. cement , fence running ect.... grade 2 and grade 3 may be genetic and dog should not be bred although certified elbows before breeding is not required in this contract.)

7. Shipping/delivery expense is buyers responsibility. At all times whether buying or returning puppy.

Provided :(Guarantee invalid unless:)

1. The dog has been fed a high quality food (not soy based),and not been subject to an accident or injury that may have caused the condition.

2. The dog or puppy has not been sold to a second party or stayed with another owner than the buyer stated on this agreement.

3. That buyer is in good standing with the American Kennel Club.

4. Buyer will take care always in selling puppies, and buyer agrees to sell 98% of all puppies produced from said dog with limited registrations. (No breeding rights)

5. Buyer will retake x-rays (6 months later ) if said dog receives a mild from OFA due to joint laxity only. ( most come back good later- after joints tighten)

6. The buyer will register the dog using ROYALAIR somewhere in the name, But may not use ROYALAIR in the name of any puppy resulting

from said dog or any dog not purchased directly from ROYALAIR.

7. After said dog , Male or female produces a litter or all guarantees pertaining to replacement money or refund are void(you have made back your purchase price and more). It is understood that dog should be x-rayed before breeding.

8. Buyer will never sell puppies wholesale/ puppy broker or pet shop for any reason.

9. Unless this contract is signed and returned to me all guarantees are void.

** Female dogs should not be bred until second heat or not sooner then 15 months of age.

** Female dogs should be bred before the age of three to prevent breeding problems.

** Male dogs can be allowed to breed when they are ready, it should be noted the on-set of testosterone (sexual maturity)stops growth. and dogs exposed to females very young tend to be shorter. (This is why neutered males tend to be so tall!)

Terms of Guarantee: (read carefully)

*Seller is not responsible for any future vet bills of any puppy or dog purchased from Royalair*

Buyer must provide written statements, addresses & phone numbers from 2 licensed veterinarians or the Orthopedic Animals Foundation statement(that the dog has a genetic defect covered by this agreement. For hips and elbows I will now only except OFA evaluation. If the dog is determined to have a genetic defect that prevents the dog from producing a litter than the seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal or higher value at the first available litter .Buyer May keep original Pup! Seller is under no obligation to refund the money paid for the puppy but may do so if it is agreeable to both the Buyer and the Seller .Under no circumstances is the seller responsible for any future vet bills or health care bills the puppy may require. Shipment of the replacement puppy will be at the buyer's expense. If the buyer wishes to keep the first puppy and not get a replacement breeder is obligated to return 1/2 purchase price only...AKC papers must be returned to the breeder and the said dog shall be spayed or neutered and proof give before money is returned.

Refund/replacement Terms:* 1/2 purchase price or full replacement puppy*YOU DO NOT NEED TO RETURN PUP/DOG with the genetic defect!*

** Important read!!!

Seller has the right to not to grant breeding rights at one year of age if seller feels this contract has been broken, or if buyer has otherwise acted in a way that is not appropriate for a responsible breeder. Seller has the right to ask for AKC records pertaining to litters produced buy said dog if buyers honesty is in question. If the dog has not produced a litter yet seller will return 1/2 purchase price after the dog & papers are returned in good condition.

* If it has been found that this contract is broken- Buyer is required to return the dog and the dogs papers in good health and condition at buyers expense .

Signatures of Buyer and Seller states the contract is agree'd upon by both parties
